Sparing you Dr. Lindsey’s entire life journey, she has spent the last 20 years actively engaged in this work. Her first role as the president of a diversity committee equipped her with practices and techniques to support others in the process of moving towards actionable steps for change.

Over the years she has had the opportunity to extend her expertise by speaking at conferences and providing customized training on topics related to race, socioeconomic status, gender, and counternarratives.

Dr. Lindsey has been published in peer-reviewed journals, magazines and featured in blogs, yet it is her supportive approach that sets her apart. Pulling from her unique background as a licensed professional counselor, she centers the 3 R’s in her intentional approach - relationships, research, and responsiveness.

She has a wide variation of EQUITY EXPERIENCE in private, public, and government entities.

Her expertise is at the intersection of RACE, gender, and socioeconomic status.

She is obsessed with BIG eyeglass frames (Hence, SHIFTING THE LENS).

She is a LICENSED professional counselor (Licensed in two states).
